1. Scope

These terms apply to enquiries and engagements with Foundry Studio for custom websites, custom software, and retainer services via this marketing site.

They do not govern a self-serve SaaS product, trial signup, or subscription checkout — Foundry Studio sells studio engagements scoped in proposals.

2. Engagements

Work begins after both parties agree scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees in a written proposal or contract. Verbal WhatsApp messages start a conversation; they do not alone constitute a binding scope.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information needed for discovery and delivery
• Supply content, approvals, and access in reasonable time
• Approve copy — especially regulated or professional content — before publication
• Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule in your proposal

4. Intellectual property

Ownership of deliverables is defined in your proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, you receive ownership of agreed assets on payment, with no lock-in to a proprietary platform.

5. Limitation

This site is for marketing and enquiry. It is not legal, medical, insurance, or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, Foundry Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

Specific liability caps and warranties for a project belong in your signed proposal.
